Local Media Coverage of Ethanol
Response to the November 14, 2004, Honolulu Advertiser
article
The Honolulu Advertiser published a story about ethanol
production facility tax credits on November 14 that contained mistaken
information about the production tax credit and the high technology
tax credits from Act 215 (formerly known as Act 221). Our response
with correct information was published in the paper's December 7
edition (to which a link is provided below). We have also included
a link below to a graphic explaining how the ethanol production
facility tax credit and high technology tax credits will go to separate
taxpayers.
